HCA stands for a second-generation family business based in Northern Germany. The company HCA was created in 1991 out of a hobby whim of the founder, Elisabeth Ghalamkarizadeh. In 2008, HCA was taken over by her youngest son, Ahmad Ghalamkarizadeh.
